Telkom only has excuses no solutions

I have lodge a complaint true hello peter on the 1 of Desember about the no service delivery from Telkom it has been 2 months and our wifi is still not installed everytime I contact telkom all they say is sorry for the inconvenience caused or sorry for the delay Thank you Lebo for not responding when asked how this can be. Since our last complaint we had another 3 missed appointments wich makes this the 8th missed appointment in total???
