Telkom only has a sales department!!

I have been trying since December to cancel my accounts. I have phoned, emailed, went to branches and even went on Facebook several times, but all with fail. Yet every month they still deduct money off my account. The amount of empty promises made by Telkom is shocking.

If you cancel the debit they effect your credit score and you don’t, they just ***** your money.

Don’t use Telkom!
