Telkom only cares about making sales
For the 2nd time now Telkom is giving people contract phones using my details, the 1st one it was cancelled because i found out about this **** before they could debit, now today i received another email telling me a credit vetting process will now commence, and i know nothing about this, i never app**** for any contract. I dont even know who they are communicating with because they are not calling me, im even starting to wonder if they cancelled the previous ****/ if the case was ressolved because they just called me and said your case is closed we ressolved it, but nothing was sent to me to prove that.. WHAT IS WRONG WITH Telkom?
