Telkom only cares about either white people or those who live in Suburban areas

It looks like Telkom only caters to those who are in suburban areas or of a fair skin race, black people who live in remote areas?they will take your hard earned money,feed u with all excuses but will Not give u the services they promised u.

I'm the living proof,they asked to take the conversation privately but no change

They told me to perform multiple tasks,but no change

Called me and gave me multiple reference numbers,but still no change 🤷🏽♂️ and what I know is they won't even reimburse me for wasting my money on them or even fix the problem they are having..

Unless u are a white person or live in suburbs,Telkom doesn't care about you!! 🤞
