TELKOM ONLINE WORST SERVICE!!!!!

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my phone delivery. i have been phoning 10213 every day for the past 2 weeks and having to deal with consultants who dont know anything. Theresa Chapman from the online team basically refused to help, because her inbox was full and Jared Pather also from online team is still not returning my call. The courier is waiting for them to confirm the correct address for delivery as TELKOM initially noted a address that i dont know of!!! I dont live or work anywhere near Parow!!!! The messed up part is that they already deducted money for a phone they DONT WANT TO DELIVER!!!!! TELKOM just want to take your money and not deliver or make an effort to deliver your product!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TELKOM. I JUST CANCELLED MY DSL ASWELL. IT HASNT WORKED SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!
