Telkom online team... Worst service ever

Poor service from the online team... We moved beginning of Dec, 2020,still waiting to move the internet. Still no internet, everytime a different story, different lie. Only 1 person who actually called me back and said he will try his best to get it sorted within the next week. Bit i understand he is also relaying on the worst geam ever. Let's see whats going to happen Monday.. I dont keep my hopes up
