Telkom online system useless

Plainly useless. I followed the instructions to kindly decline the delivery of a phone because we changed our mind on the type of phone that we are getting since they already shipped it. Since then they can't find our order of the phone we finally decided on so I have to go in to a shop to get it sorted because there online systems are beyond useless and unusable.
