Telkom online services is not reliable! Very disappointed 😔

Hi! I app**** for a router deal online and the deal went bad. As it's been three weeks and have not received any router. And the problem is that I approved the debit order and I can't cancel it, basically I'll be paying for something I don't have. I tried to call to cancel but they said that they can't cancel as the router is not back at their offices and it's really not my problem, they could not get it delivered. It's between them and the courier. I'm very disappointed with their services and I hope others don't make the same mistake as I did. Never go for Telkom they have bad service.
