Telkom Online Service is the WORST!!!!!!!

Telkom online service is the worst experience ever. You never receive accurate information, every time i call, i get opposite information.

I am honestly fed up. I am still waiting for my online order/upgrade. And i am waiting for more than a month!!!!!!!!!

I have 3 contracts with telkom and will no longer upgrade or join them or even recommend them!!!!!!!
