Telkom Online service and call backs Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I inquired about a mobile device on Telkom's web. I was told via email that their Online team will contact me, its almost been a month and no one has contacted me, I've app**** twice already for a device.

I must say your client service and sales are pathetic to say the least. Not what I expected.
