Telkom Online sales - Useless

Waiting a month for a upgrade to be delivered, and still all they can tell me is it is escalated 7 days later! This after they sent my device to a whole other province and used delivery information that was thumb sucked.

I have literally called them 6 or 8 times today - every second call to them the system is unavailable, clearly employees not wanting work.
