Telkom online sales - Bad customer service!!!!

I did an online application on black friday (29/11/2024) for two mobile phones. Application was approved and I was advised I will receive a debit order mandate which I haven't received and also that delivery takes up to 7 working days. Today is the 7th day and I haven't heard from them.

I'm the one that keep on calling them to check on my application and one agent told me they are out of stock. I am surprised how because they knew how many mobiles were meant to be sold on back Friday so why did they do application on something they don't have??

I am so disappointed in them and I want to cancel the application right away!!!
