Telkom online sales

No stock of the order I placed 06 April 2021 after I specifically asked the online sales agent if there is stock. Waited 10 working days (20 April) to no communication of my order. I took it upon myself to call Telkom Sales only to find out that there is no stock on the blue phone I ordered and no stock on the watch. Highly disappointed and requested my order to be cancelled!
