Hi, I used the online portal which Telkom provided to cancel the line. I submitted the request on the 11 of October. You keep sending me mails of invoices. This line should have been cancelled on the 11 of November already. Please cancel the line and get your invoice system right so that I can migrate the line to Afrihost (Openserve fibre). Hi, telkom stopped the account. I only have trouble with them with putting the fibre in a holding pool? Can you maybe arrange this for me?
