Telkom online order is a disgrace

I placed an order online and I was advised my order will take up to 7 days for the order to be delivered, then I had to wait close to 2 weeks then they sent a text saying my order is coming through when the courier company makes a flop on their side which is CourierIT the driver called Goodwill Sibanda who is very lazy to do his job changes the tracking to say they couldn't deliver because I was unavailabe of which he called twice at 12:24 pm with a private number I had to wait again when second attempt was done a starter pack was delivered, can you believe the absolute joke of such a big company, I called them to ask where is my order that is when they are awaiting stock but they never told me and yet they have debited my money however I have not received the phones and I bet month end they will debit again whilst I have not used their services for the first debit order taken. When I called them and asked if they could speak to the store manager to give me my packages since they have them in stock I was informed not that is not how it works since I ordered online. There is no solution all they tell me I have to wait and their chargeable line do not do any justice because their call queues are very long
