Telkom Online order has not been delivered!

Bought a mobile device Online on the 15th Feb 2019, money was deducted on the 18th. Received sms stating that i will receive a tracking number and date of delivery. I haven't received anything to date regarding delivery or a tracking number. I tried calling 10213 but no one ever answers. Very frustrating experience!
