Telkom Online Order

Ordered an LTE 24 month contract with Telkom 17.01.2022 online. Were told that someone will call me back within 48 hours to confirm order. Today is day 8 and after all my attempts to get feedback since were absolutely useless. The worst service provider on this planet. No wonder they cant make ends meet.
