Telkom online mobile is unable to solve the simple issue

I very disappointed at Telkom online for not being able to resolve my issue whereby my profile in not able to purchase online anymore because there ********** attempt. I kept calling Telkom to assist is solving the issue but seem like non of their frontline or second line and even third line is able to solve profile issue. Been a loyal customer for years but now I'm think of jumping sheep to other service providers are don't like.
