Telkom online is pathetic

I’ve taken out a contract with this useless network on the 24th of September, was debt ordered 1199 at the end of September and only received my phone on the 16th of October, you think I’m done ? lol they sent me the wrong colour.... every time I call to speak to the line managers they just walked out because nobody in the call center seems to be helping I have the wrong colour phone with me.... I’m waiting for the courier. And they chose the wrong colour for me because the colour I wanted got sold out without phoning me and asking me ! Pathetic
