Telkom Online is a mess!!

A month ago I put through an online application for a contract phone, I received it. After a week another phone was received by another person at home. I came back after 2 weeks and I immediately went to Telkom mall of Africa and was told they can't take it back, I would need to call Telkom.

I used their phone and managed to arrange pick up, this was on the 8th.

To date, they haven't came to pick up their still sealed phone and again I have to leave the province and no one will be home. I have been emailing, even asking for a drop off point and they are just ignoring me.

Now I remember the words of one of their consultant saying for the duration of the contract, I'm going to cry because online applications are a problem. Can someone just come take this phone, not even sure how that's possible for a person to get 2 exact phones at the same time and when I was at the shop the consultant said month end March I will be billed for 2 phones
