Telkom Online **********

Ordered a laptop online. Was not told while the consultant did the application that there is no stock and made a promise device will be delivered in 5 days. I, the client, need to follow up just to be told there is no stock. The 1st agents states I can go to a store and apply there if they have stock. Would have been wonderful to do that if it wasnt an online only deal! no wear online does it say there is no stock. The agents get a list of stock and it was confirmed they were informed there is stock today. BUT I my online order does not qualify for this stock. Pathetic service
