Telkom online deals are a ****

In short i placed an order on the 04/11/17 and to date have not received the items. they have debited my account since then i have not heard from them, no reference and nobody can get through to the online team ********** 3 you get **** to and shoved from pillar to post. i have even been to the store for assistance and ofcourse they could not help!! DO NOT GO WITH TELKOM !!!
