Telkom Online deals a ****

I subscribed for a Telkom Online deal that was running for cyber Monday. I already have a number of Telkom contracts in place. The agent called and immediately wanted to upsell on the phone deal from a advertised Samsung J1 to a J5 when I insisted that I electronically agreed on a J1 and willing to wait for them to have stock she refused saying they can't sell what they don't have in stock and refused to give her name in the process.

This is a deliberate ploy to upsell from Telkom with no intention to honour what they have advertised.
