Telkom Online Complete waste of time and money

<p>On the 21st of July I though it was time to get a new handset, and app**** online with Telkom. Immediately a consultant called back and did the activation and completed all details required and was advised my handset will be delivered with 5 working days. If i only knew that this was all hot air. To date I have not received a thing, i have tried calling for hours, sent mails, and even tried social media but nothing at all with a response. They did however do a debit order on my account for the amount, so now they have ****** my money and nothing to show. I even tried going to a Telkom store who say there is nothing they can do at all. So now I have no phone, can't go to another network as Telkom is charging me for something I do not have, and no way what so ever of checking what the problem may be. So Telkom I am now forced to go to every social media outlet (and I have screen grabs and dates of all my comms) showing the absolute inefficiency of your systems and consultants. Maybe then there would be a minute chance of getting a call!</p>
