Telkom online chat service not working!?

I recently moved to the USA and cannot dial 0860 numbers from here so cannot get hold of the Telkom call centre to cancel my current account. I've tried in vain to connect with the using the online chat service they offer but get no response. I've logged a complaint on their website with no response. I've managed to get hold of the mobile division but they are unable to connect me with the landline part of the business and also not able to supply any direct contact details or e-mail address. Truly frustrating.
