Telkom online cancellation service SUCKS!!

Tried 4 times to cancel my land line - Response: Some one will contact you - still waiting!! Contacted the chat centre only to be told that the line is not on my name - The account on line is in my name and the statement is addressed to me. Oh Dear Telkom!!
