Telkom Online cancelation not working

The Post Office strike I didn't receive statements for Telkom on time. So January 2019 I paid the amount of R700. Amount outstanding of +/- R150. My service was suspended. hear that I owe them now R832, so I paid it in February. The service was on again but wait a few days for my Internet Telkom Wonderpark told me to terminate my service I have to do it "ONLINE". I give my notice for cancelation of all my servicesw at telkom Online. It should terminate 5 March 2019. I got an account and see a reconnection fee of R260 were charged. I phone and they told me they didn't receive anything and I must give 30days notice AGAIN? Terminate immediately please
