TELKOM ONLINE APPLICATION IS USELESS, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

App**** for a contract online on Monday, was a Monate Monday deal, would have preferred to apply in store but unfortunately the deal was online only, after applying online, I got a call the next day to complete my application, they confirmed that there is stock, a hard credit check was done and approved, debit order set up and even device colour chosen, I was told the order will be processed and delivery will take place in 5 to 7 days, the next day I realised that I haven't received any order confirmation / reference number, I called in and they said it can take up to 72 hours to receive order confirmation so I wait... Friday, still no confirmation received, Saturday I call Telkom sales and they say the order was cancelled on Thursday because they realised they don't have any more stock...for F*#ks sake! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TELKOM ONLINE ORDER! they don't even send an sms to say unfortunately there is no stock, they just cancel the order and make you chase after answers...
