Telkom online agreements

Entered into an agreement to purchase a cellphone and two simcards online with telkom earlier this year.Agreement consented and products delivered but Sim cards do not have network which even now are not in use. Told them about it all the time they confirmed if products arrived and promised to help me via technicians that up until now no help arrived. I am not paying for half the service and unsatisfactory service then Bham&Dhaya attorneys came in to seek money on their behalf that I explained this matter to them and no option is provided even now by telkom or attorneys. I am taking the matter to Ombudsman and national consumer commission and they will direct me to the relevant department to help me resolve this. I never denied to make payments but for what it is worth paying for.
