TELKOM ONLINE A POT OF NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been struggling for months now with telkom online billing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am able to view and pay my residential line, but my business line *** can only be viewed and not payed. Every single time I phone in and on the live chat they say I must send a email to link account for payment. How many email would you like to receive 365!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
