TELKOM - One of the Unprofessional Companies in SA.

Never thought that Telkom would be one of the unprofessional companies in SA. My husbands phone (Samsung S23) got lost in January 2023. We lodged a claim for it as we paying insurance for it, but till now "NO" help or whatsoever from Telkom. His phone was registered under the Business because we have a Landline & the WiFi with Telkom but at this point they don't want to help us with replacing his phone. We are busy loosing business because customers can't get hold of him. Telkom is just being Rude when we call them. How can we deal with this issue?
