Telkom once off account subscription and once off charges

I got contract data Sim for R99 a month from Telkom in May 2019, this month( October 2020)they charged me R300 stating once off charges and account subscription charges. This is nonsense honestly, what charges are these. Out of no where I are triple charging me, for what? Canceling them
