Telkom once again waisting my time

Spent 5 hours on the phone today with telkom being on hold for 90 % of the time of 5 separate occasions every time someone answers its within 10 seconds they either put me on hold again or put the phone down. It's ridiculous honestly I had a complaint not 2 weeks ago about the same issue and 0 contact from telkom u are the worst company I have ever worked with 0 customer care.
