Telkom once again proof their incompetence and total disrespect for their customers

I have asked my bank to prevent Telkom to let debit orders go through , but yet again today a debit order went through *******ly. It is ********l and border on theft. Telkom dont care and force themselves on their helpless customers They feel everybody must bow a knee to them, and I wont As far as I possibly could I am telling people about Telkoms poor and pathetic service and a lot of people confirm the same rxperience How can we the consumers prevent them from raping their customers
