Telkom once again double billing and never call back even after sms's promising to

Took over two months to move my service. Then they double billed me once moved. Thought it was sorted out last month finally after many many calls (mostly no responses). Now this month double bill again. I promised myself after many previous issues with telkom never to touch them again but was forced to due to my area not having any other internet options. Stay away use other companies.
