Telkom once again a huge disspointment

Once again im back on HelloPeter because of Telkom, its been weeks now and no response to my fault of latency issues. and whats worse the fault is quite possibly closed and Im still not notified thereof. sickening service from people who think they know everything on the phones too. every other week I get an error "cannot connect to the remote server"issues once again with telkoms line and exchange. utterly pathetic service. the second fibre arrives. im jumping ship with whoever can offer even a fraction better uptime and service than telkom ever can. and it would be lifechangingly worth it
