Telkom on the go data is a ****

Signed up for a Telkom on the go 5gig post paid data contract. I haven't been able to use it. I've booked several fault faults with references with their Call center without any success. Every time I call I'm told "we are in progress" what is that progress I ask to no avail. The contracts are listed on the Telkom website and they do random call. My advise stay away from those call you'll be paying for something you can't utilize as I am.
