Telkom on me refund of R700

I am trying to get my deposit back from my contract that expired on 27 February 2021, no answer, no reply on my emails. I have the contact for the sales supervisor, she also do not respond anymore, she send emails out for my deposit, I have a refund case number. Telkom own me R7000
