Telkom on its way to closing its doors permanently?

Telkom needs to be replaced by a company who actually want to do business. We have reported a fault on our business landline on 27 Feb 2018 and it has been out of service since! How is anybody supposed to run a business without communication lines? It is close to two months now! And we are is a city, not in the middle of nowhere! Our Fax line, Telkom has decided to cancel completely, they decided that they choose not to supply this service to us anymore, even though we were charged for it.

I cannot even re-report the issue, as it is already reported and hanging in the air. It seems that Telkom is inviting competition. Anyone out there with good service?
