Telkom on go area

Hi Telkom is easy to take a contract but hard to cancel it. I have been trying to cancel my contract with them for months they still keep me on the month to month basis which I don't want. They give you ways to cancel the contract that do not work I will never again recommend Telkom. I'm still waiting on them to cancel my contract and customer care or Telkom shop won't help you I have tried countless times
