Telkom-Oh what a poor servie

I have been tring to sort out my poor connectivity with them since April. Too date it has not been resolved. Now i am trying to cancel the contract as they are not holding up there part of the agreement and OH what a problem this is turning out to be. If i new this upfront i would never had dealt with them.
