telkom, oh my goodness

Good day My wife cancelled her telkom account, paying over R2000... We did everything according to what the consultant and website told us how to cancel, but still she received a bill for the new month. Totally fed up with this. Nobody in that company that is suitably trained to help us. Incompetence at its best. Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!
