TELKOM OFFLINE FOREVER

useless every time

so i really don't know why i even bothered changing my network, like how useless can you people be my phone got lost a week ago, fine i phoned the call center and was assisted in blocking my sim card,

Then now i need to do a sim swap, however every time i go into the telkom store by 320 west street (old mutual building) they always tell me that they are offline, like offline for the whole week really, what service is this worse i cant even do a sim swap over the phone (like really which network requires you to go in store to do a simple sim swap)

so TELKOM when are you guys EVER online? this is ridiculous now, all i need to get assisted on is a simple sim swap!!!!!!!!!
