“Telkom offline” AS USUAL

Once again Telkom let’s us down. No internet since Saturday 8 September 2018 and upon calling, their usual response is “Our system is down”. Explain to me why we pay for a service to be online to a company that is constantly offline?? It’s absolute ******* and now *****ing with my career. Telkom, just once can you pull your finger out of your butt and do your job!
