Telkom offline again

Telkom the worst Service Provider in SA. How can you be offline for two weeks, TWO WEEKS!!!!!! Went to your stores to do a Sim Swap, because you took the service off from your phones, that was really dumn. You really do not care about customer service, the only thing you seem to care about is the damn Idols. Do you know how many times i went to your shops in Tygervalley, N1 City, Parow n Vangate Mall only to be told "WE ARE OFFLINE" for two weeks. Really Telkom that is phatetic. I just want to do a simple Sim Swap and i will port my number out of your stinking company.
