Telkom Offers The Worst Customer Service!!!!

If there was an option to rate Telkom 0.5 stars I would! Their service is amongst the worst a person can receive.

I was made to pay twice (2 x R2116) for the same bill in September, and the additional payment is still not credited to my account despite numerous telephone conversations with telkom service agents. Till this day nobody can tell me what happened to the additional payment, and why it has not been accounted for.

It's very concerning when a corporation of Telkom's stature engages in theft activities!
