Telkom offers Promotion Data but does not let customers use it

Good day, last month I bought 200GB of the Black Friday Midnight promotion data for my smart broadband wireless contract After the new month started night data that came with the contract was used , which was fine but after that data was used, data from the Black Friday promo is not being used during midnight data times, instead my day data is being used which is absolutely ridiculous. Why offer a deal to customers if they can not use it. I tried contacting Telkom but no one has responded to me yet.
