Telkom offers poor service

I do not have a good experience with Telkom. On the 15th of June they debited money from my account, on the 23rd they blocked my services. I called the Telkom service centre on the 24th they told me that my services would be reactivated within 24 hours. Nothing happened,my services were still blocked. Since then I have been calling and nothing has been happening instead they sent me a message saying I am still on areas without reactivating my account. At the moment I have no WiFi connection and they already deducted the money. I wouldn't recommend Telkom for WiFi connection, it has poor services.
