Telkom Offers no Customer Service Support - All electronic Bull****

Telkom is f**king PATHETIC!!!!! They add a stupid caller welcome ringtone to my account, and trying to contact their customer service to ask for assistance is a joke. Call 3 different numbers just to get an SMS that does not help me at all???? Why the hell can i not contact their customer Service Centre to sort this out??? Wasting my time with them honestly time to move on to something that can support me with the smallest queries.
