Telkom offerings by Tconnect

Beware of a company calling, implying they are Telkom, offering Telkom contracts at special prices. They have access to your Telkom account details and you will not realise it is not Telkom calling you!

1. What they offer is not what they say. ( In my case I had uncapped telkom data, they indicated the new contract would be uncapped with a soft-cap. When the order came through, it indicated a 20 GB fixed data cap)

2. They mentioned a fixed monthly amount, but when the new information of the agreement came through, it had an additional R139 for a "Rescuebox, Safetybox, Hotspotter" and this is not mentioned in the discussion at all.

Be very sure that you are indeed talking to Telkom when you get a call with a Telkom offer! Tconnect purposely mislead clients.
